use:

It is a 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT3) receptor antagonist and a highly effective antiemetic with high strength and selectivity. It can control vomiting caused by stimulation of receptors in the small intestine and CTZ (chemical receptor activation center). . It is used to treat vomiting caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy, especially the emetic effects caused by cisplatin, dacarbazine, nitrogen mustard, doxorubicin, etc. It has no external cone effect and can be used simultaneously with acetylcholine. Its antiemetic effect is better than that of methopram, Dompesidone, phenothiazide and butyrophenone, etc. It is a highly effective antiemetic drug.
